Should we post photographs and videos of bad behaviours on the internet?

The posting of films, bad behaviour, requires the permission of the owner before the film can be posted. Therefore, I feel that posting photographs of bad behaviour on the internet must not be allowed and it must not continue. Basically, placing the photo or video on the web is simply like revealing a person's information, like how the person did inconsiderately or what the person did wrong. For example, if someone sleeps on a train and got snapped and filmed by another person , he or she poses it on the internet, the person's reputation will be tarnished. People will then shun them off after watching the film and try to avoid them if they caught sight of them. After all, if the person was really extremely tired during that time and had to sleep, he would be wronged by people and thus the fault would actually go to the person who filmed him.

People who got filmed can also be sensitive about this and thus may have some side effects, like getting hurt mentally. Thus, the fault will again go to the person who filmed him, and the issue would actually be settled court because of defamation then. However, even if we should not film bad behaviour of people, we can also disapprove the inappropriate acts of other people by telling them off while they are doing it. I find that this way is much better, the inconsiderate person will also feel embarrassed being scolded in public, and his information will also not be leaked to the internet. Therefore, posting bad behaviour on the internet is a way that cannot be used so easily and people must consider before doing that.
